New York Guide

Updated: Jul 30, 2023

When it comes to New York, there's never a lull in my ever-growing list of favorite bites!

COTE NYC (16 W 22nd St, New York, NY)

Michelin-Starred Korean Steakhouse, emphasis on the steak. Harder to snag a res for 2, but just aim for the first and last time slots for groups under 3! (Resy)

Lilia (567 Union Ave, Brooklyn, NY)

Renowned for its delicious malfaldini and agnolotti, personally cherished for its black bass with salsa verde and coal roasted yukon gold potatoes. Phenomenal indoor atmosphere, opt for a later res for that extra romance. (Resy)

Ruby's Cafe (219 Mulberry St, New York, NY, etc.)

Aussie spot that feels like a pair of perched sunglasses and light-wash jeans. Incredible fries, burgers, salads, and pastas, but be prepared for a wait as it is walk-ins only.

Tonchin New York (13 W 36th St., New York, NY)

Sizzling gyoza, drinks, ramen, and sharable plates! Somewhat hidden in plain sight...

Magnolia Bakery (200 Columbus Ave, New York, NY, etc.)

We all know and love her. The best banana pudding I've ever had (or at the very least, the blueprint!)

Jean-Georges (1 Central Park West, New York, NY)

Stunning interior and gorgeous dishes! Definitely for a special occasion before walking around Columbus Circle.
